COSAF meetings are held every other Friday throughout Fall, Winter and Spring quarters with exception of Winter and Spring breaks.
During regular council meetings, the 19 voting members and 11 ex-officio members gather for one and a half hours to discuss the use of Campus Based Fees, Student Services Fee and any new initiatives. Several departments and programs receiving student fee funding will present to the council during meetings and final council recommendations will be reported to the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and Vice Chancellor of Finance, Operations and Administration by June of each year.
