Bio

Year at UC Davis:  3rd Year

Major:  Animal Behavior and Geography

Why I chose to serve on COSAF: I am a first-generation student who believes we should gain all we can through our education, no matter the obstacles, and help others do the same. After two years on COSAF, I am honored to be able to continue to advocate for the transparency and ethical use of student fees on behalf of graduate students.

Extra-curricular hobbies/ interests/ activities: My research investigates how megaherbivores, most notably elephants, restructure ecological communities and the behavior of sympatric species. I am passionate about first-generation student outreach and work as a Pre-Graduate Advisor with the office of Educational Opportunity and Enrichment. I love iced coffee, bowling, snowy weather, and trivia nights, and I'm thoroughly obsessed with my rescue pup, Winter.
