Year at UC Davis: 2nd Year Graduate Student
Major: Public Health Sciences
Why I chose to serve on COSAF: I chose to serve on COSAF because I am committed to advancing equity, transparency, and accountability in how student resources are allocated at UC Davis. Having worked within student affairs, I understand how critical fee-supported programs and services are to the student experience, particularly for underrepresented and marginalized groups. COSAF provides a unique opportunity to ensure that funding decisions align with the needs and priorities of students.
As both a graduate student and a professional in student affairs, I bring a dual perspective that allows me to see the impact of these decisions from multiple angles. My goal in serving on the committee is to amplify student voices, advocate for inclusive practices, and help guide investments that foster student success and belonging across campus.
Extra-curricular hobbies/interests/activities: Pickleball, speaking Spanish, and daydreaming about winning the lottery
